04The method is chosen at inspection, never by the order form. Here is what usually happens to each material.

Silk loses shine and shrinks with heat and agitation. It is dry cleaned in a mesh bag on a short cycle and finished by steam on a dress form, never on a hot press.
A driver collects in a garment bag and returns everything on hangers or boxed. Two-hour windows, seven days ahead.
Front, back and any marks, saved to your ticket before work starts.
If a stain does not come out, the stain treatment is taken off the bill.
Loose or missing shirt buttons are sewn on with a matching spare.
Ready pieces stay on the rail, bagged, until you collect or book delivery.
